DIRTYFLAIR: THE ART OF O'FOLEY

studio_2015jpg

DIRTYFLAIR is the shot-gun marriage of 'punk rock' poster art and pop sensationalism, it is a small child meticulously scribbling on the Mona Lisa, with all the urgency of a mad dog chasing it's own tail.

O'Foley is an artist/illustrator based in Adelaide, Australia, he describes his work as 'Low-brow illustration', with strong influences ranging from traditional tattoo art in the vein of Norman 'Sailor Jerry' Collins to comic book artists such as J Scott Campbell and Darwin Cooke and even the work of Roy Lichtenstein.

His Illustrations are a mixture of traditional and digital techniques, starting as conventional graphite and ink drawings before being digitised in either Photoshop or Illustrator. Why not head to the print shop to buy an art print, or email O'Foley to discuss your next project?
